I'm starting the blog late in the week so I will cover what I've done this week so far. The pictures are from Monday when I started doing an exercise program through https://run2befit.com/. I met Grace and Arnie through my dad and step-mom. (They played soccer with them). When I got back from school my step-mom mentioned that they had started an exercised group, which was right up my alley. I've been meeting up with them at 6pm each night to do a 30 minute workout routine. It is a ton of fun and kicks my butt! When you are a member you can go to as many group workouts a day as you want! Currently my schedule only allows for one. As this process continues my plan is to add additional workout routines.
So here it is. The first post! I'm excited that this whole thing is starting!
