October is for Arms

So now that it is the start of October my exercise group is doing an arm challenge. I really think that this will be very helpful for me! I'm excited to get my arms in better shape! Other than that I've been keeping up with exercise and eating well. I've stayed pretty busy today but had a semi-lazy day yesterday. I've felt like I've been on the verge of sick for a week now but I've never actually gotten fully sick. So I tried to just take it easy and take care of myself. I'm feeling a little better today.
In exciting news we did our 3rd fit test for insanity today and I went up again in all of my reps on all of the exercises. It's very exciting! I really thought I was going to go down but I did very well! I was for sure exhausted afterward though.
Tonight I'm going to try to get some snacks together to bring with me to work tomorrow. I'm excited to keep up with the weight loss. It's exciting to see it finally coming off.
So I will keep going on this track!! Exercising, eating healthy, staying busy! It's all making me very happy!
