So through the entire workout this morning I was holding back throwing up. It was BAD. But I still did it! I got through the exercise. I'm feeling much better after coming home and falling asleep. I've been doing little exercises throughout the day during commercials of the shows I'm watching. I've also been fighting the urge to snack. I've been getting really sncky lately. I think I'm going to pick up some hummus and some other good for me snacks. That way I won't eat bad things more often during the day.I'm in for a long day tomorrow that unfortunately means that I cannot work out in the morning because of how early I have to get to work and I CANNOT be late. So I'm going to have to do something either when I get home or find some time after work but before rehearsal. So we shall see how all of that shakes out tomorrow.
I will also need to pack some serious snacks and food for tomorrow. Alright, I'm off to go get some stuff in line before tomorrow!
